To be considered as an adopter, you must: 
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have identification showing present address
• Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord (if applicable)
• Be willing and able to spend the time and money necessary to provide treatment and proper care of the pet

• I understand that it might take my new cat/s a month or more to adjust to my routine and household and I am willing to devote time to the transition process
• I am financially prepared to incur emergency expenses should my new cat/s need urgent care
• I agree to provide annual exams, vaccinations and any additional veterinary care for my new cat/s, by a qualified veterinarian, as needed
• I have a plan in place for someone else to care for all of my pets should something happen to me that I am no longer able to do so
• When picking up my new friend(s), I will bring a secure cat carrier(s) for them
• By submitting this adoption application, I acknowledge that the information on this form is true and correct. I understand that any misrepresentation of fact may result in Feline Friends, Inc. refusing adoption privileges to me. If my request for adoption is approved and later Feline Friends, Inc. discovers that the information on this application is not true or correct, this application becomes null and void. Because of my breach of contract, Feline Friends, Inc. reserves the right to remove the adopted pet from my home, and I will be held responsible for any associated legal costs incurred as part of said reclamation process. I understand that Feline Friends, Inc. reserves the right to deny any adoption application for any reason.
